Our Working Methodology

Being right based and social reformatory organization, seeks out a holistic approach towards development initiatives such as child protection, skill development, education, health, right and advocacy, and empowerment of the vulnerable /marginalized/poor by examining and addressing all aspects of the community while ensuring community participation.

It is guided by a vision of a society where poorest of the poor, marginalized, socially excluded and never reachable are empowered to overcome their miseries, poverty, social, political and economics burdens and enjoy equal human rights and opportunities to lead a life of dignity and self-dimensional vision. As an NGO may not be the sole remedial force, it would need to pursue the strengthening of intra-organizational capacities through partnerships, alliances, advocacy and program cooperation at operational levels. Core agenda and framework of priorities, is being chalked out to strategize its future direction. This framework would also guide organizational capability in seeking appropriate financial support from partners for its vision-driven agenda and develop results-based development initiatives for measurable change.

Social Mobilization is the key element to encompass all the stakeholders in the process of development projects and its implementation to achieve the objectives.
